Q: Can I use hydroponic pH up or pH down in my aquaponic system?
A: No most hydroponic pH up and pH down contain antimicrobial agents designed to kill bacteria to keep drip lines clean. In an aquaponic system this kills the bacteria that we rely on for our nutrients. They can not be used in aquaponics.
Q: Is the flavor or taste effected by growing in aquaponics?
A: Yes aquaponicly grown cannabis is the smoothest any of us have ever smoked.
Q: Can I grow cannabis with my vegetables in my aquaponic system?
A: Absolutely so long as you abide by your local growing regulations. Cannabis does not effect other plants in your garden.
Q: How fast does cannabis grow in aquaponics?
A: Thanks to how water in a flood and drain bed acts as a diaphragm to exchange air in the root zone allowing fast growth similar to hydroponics.
Q: Is aquaponic growing cheaper?
A: Yes because we are feeding the fish and only supplementing to boost your levels you use far less fertilizer or supplements than traditional growing methods.
Q: Does cannabis grown in aquaponics have the same yields as hydroponics or soil based gardening?
A: Yes, Properly grown cannabis in a Dual Root Zone setup provides similar yields to hydroponics and soil.
